Purchase conditions

In the purchase process we will request the data for your discharge in the private center.

Before 2 working days you will receive the access keys in your email to access the program of the chosen course.

The price will be the indicated for each program.

If you do not receive the keys within 3 business days, please check your Spam folder.

You will have access to your classes during 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. 24/7. You will have the right to download the written and audio-visual materials that are indicated in each lesson for this purpose.

You will have personalized support by email to solve any doubt or any query you want to make. A team of teachers is at your disposal to help you throughout your trip to Spanish.

You will be entitled to a one-to-one weekly conversation sessions lasting half an hour each one, with a Spanish native person. They are NOT cumulative.

Every Monday you will request your One to One conversation session for the following week. If you need a change of date you must request it with a minimum of 4 days in advance to be able to manage the change, and not lose the sesión right. These sessions, if not done, are not cumulative for subsequent weeks.

You will be entitled to attend a group webinar every 15 days, with personalized attention, to practice what has been learned. You will be informed in a timely manner of the times of celebration of each one, so that you register your attendance to the same ones

Refunds are not allowed once you have registered on the platform.

You have 1 month to access the platform from the day you receive the access keys.
